It was easy to order these candles as I say, right from the "mother ship" on the Hyoola website. The shipping was free and only took a few days to arrive. Packaged quite well (ordered two boxes of twelve, gold and hunter green) with no damage at all. We use these candles every night at the dining room table and I can tell you that they burn even, no drips and last long. I love the 14" length, very elegant.
